After early breakfast meet your guide at the lobby and departure from your hotel in istanbul. Drive to Çanakkale, Visit the Troy Ancient City and learn about its significance in Greek mythology as the main battlefield in the Trojan War. While we are traveling from Istanbul, we will have lunch in the coastal town of Eceabat, and then pass across the Dardanelle to reach Troy. Enjoy a walking tour around the Troy Ancient City. Learn the history of Troy about the fascinating settlement, Trojan War and see the famous replica of Trojan Horse statue.
On the tour we are going to see:
• The Trojan Horse,
• Houses of Troy I, 3000 B.C. – 2500 B.C.
• The 3700-year-old city walls,
• The Odeon (Concert Hall),
• The Bouleuterium (Senate Building),
• Sacrificial Altars,
• Remains of the various cities from Troy I through to Troy IX,
• Current excavations in progress,
After the tour, return to your Hotel in istanbul.
